Game keeps crashing when loading a save

I have no idea why as the game worked fine yesterday and I haven't installed anything new.

Just to clarify was that the issue or is that a recommendation >.>

Use that for loading save files without crashing. It also states on the page if that if it doesn't work to try the old fashioned way which is the way I usually do it and that is to start your game when you get to the new game/load screen hit the ~ key to bring up the console. 

 

Next type in COC qasmoke and hit enter this will warp you to the in games testing hall from there bring up the load game screen and try to load one of the save files that you were trying to load if it loads great if it doesn't then there could be something that you have installed that is causing your save files to become bad. There is also save cleaner that you could try to use to clean up your save file if needed.
