FNV Crash after exiting the new vegas medical clinic

I talk to doctor usanagi, exit the medical clinic and it crashes, I tried creating new games, teleporting to the medical clinic and exiting and it still crashes so it is for sure not a problem with my save.

Can you warp away from the medical clinic? If you can warp away to somewhere else like goodsprings without it crashing you will know then that one of your mods is causing it maybe a NPC using a incorrect skeleton maybe a NPC is being added in that area.

Sometimes exterior cells get pfffft.  Probably something you killed on the way in.  A cell reset usually fixes this if you don't mind waiting 3-4 days and then trying to leave.

 

NM, just finished reading all of it.  Might want to use FNVEdit and find the exterior cell where the clinic is and see what mods include records for that area, esp added NPCs/creatures.  Load order adjustment probably needed or a serious conflict going on.  I'd check AWOP first since it adds a whole lot of stuff throughout the entire mojave.  Might want to make a new merged patch too.
