Atomic Wrangler Bugs?

I have a similar load order to a friend of mine which is working seamlessly and not having the following issues, suggests for fixes would be appreciated:

 

1. The sex out engine will bug and cause me to stop being able to participate in the animations, you can move around normally, the NPC participates or doesn't sometimes and the message comes up to tell me that someone has started a scene

 

2. People in the wrangler are not positioning correctly! At all, they are turned wrong on their chairs, not in their chairs, and the two bartenders tend to end up out of position where they are both upstairs.

 

3. Sometimes the prostitution mode does not stop after you talk to James to turn in for your caps.

 

4. The prostitution level system is not displaying anywhere and does not seem to level up after 10-20 customers in a single shot.

 

5. The Wrangler constantly crashs going in and out of the building. One of the few areas I'm having trouble with these crashes.

The chairs problem isn't just the wrangler, the only fix is not to engage in sex with people sitting I think.

Two things I notice.

 

One, you have rePopulated wasteland before Gun Runners. All mods should be after all official DLC. Dunno if thats a big deal or not, but its a possibility.

 

Two, I see multiple mods altering Old World Blues, but I don't see Old World Blues itself. Though that must be a typo because not having a required master would cause a crash on startup, you'd never even see the Bethesda splash screen.

Okay removing the 3M clothing mod and rearranging that appears to have helped some, I am still having a few issues in the wrangler only, and the ghost armor vendor randomlly showing up in Freeside now?
