Weird Transparent White Overlay Starts coming up

Installed a ENB earlier and this wasn't happening, suddenly after installing a couple sex lab mods and JContainers, it starts producing a transparent white overlay, I can't play at all like this, it looks like it effects some of the loading screens once the game loads in and I change out of it, however at the main menu once I load Skyrim up, it does not produce anything.

 

I have tried disabling sex lab and everything a few times in different combos, nothing seems to fix it.

 

Help?

 

It does not show in the main menu, loading screens or anything.

There is some kind of clipping I might have seen while loading back to the main menu after I loaded in.

Commands work fine, and so does everything else it seems, I can do more stuff to check on it later (11/04 5:00PM CST).

-Attempted to unload and load different mods that were recently installed.

-Run FNIS

EDIT: After loading in, loading screens look like this:

Going back into the building does not return a white transparent overlay.

Looks like you have a problem on the ENB config, not on mods.

 

Try to just reinstall ENB with the basic configuration.

Then try to reinstall the mods that give ENB some configuration.

 

SexLab mods have no impact on ENB (in many cases.)

I haven't been able to solve it at all, and have been fooling around trying to figure it out, what I suspected was an ENB problem after I (thought) I configured it wrong, wasn't. I'm still not sure what is causing it, but I've yet to see it occur, but, I haven't gone in any other houses, which I still need to check if it is just a indoor issue on that house or if it is global.
