Odd Crash - Tearing My Hair Out

I don't usually like to bother other people for these types of things but I can't quite figure out what is causing this. I'm curious if others have encountered this. Google searching gives me nothing.

 

The Problem - When sneaking and attempting to steal something the game will quietly CTD. When sneaking and attempting to use an activator (opening non-loading doors, hitting a switch, picking up an item with no owner, etc) the game will quietly CTD. As you can see it's related to doing anything while sneaking.

 

The Troubleshooting Process - I went through my load order and have attempted to disable groups of 5 mods at a time to try and narrow this down to a plugin. I've gone through all of them and it still crashes when stealing while sneaking. Interestingly, it does not crash (sometimes) if I steal or use an activator on the first few seconds after loading a save. Once scripts are all loaded is when it will crash 100%.

You have a number of mods I am unfamiliar with, but I did see a couple that I had problems with.

 

The Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Patch is one. I found a ton of issues simply because a lot of my mods, some of which you also use, were made with the Unofficial Skyrim Patch along with the Unofficial Dawnguard, hearthfires, Dragonborn Patches. I ended up going back to USKIP and the rest instead of the Legendary Patch.

 

I also had CTDs when using Immerslave, though not while sneaking. Slaverun reloaded caused me  to CTD whenever I was somewhere near Pelagia farm.

 

I also noticed that your load order does not put ASLAL at the end of the list. LOOT has always put it at the very end for me.

 

I doubt any of that will help, but who knows, it may lead you to a solution.

if you disable ALL your mod's and you continue having CTD when sneaking must be a problem related to your savegame.. try clean your save with Save game script cleaner...

 

can be a probem with trash in your data folder if you have installed a mod manually without a mod manager.. look for it..

 

in last..  i not see xpmse in your load order... can be a problem with your skeleton.. .install XP32 Maximum Skeleton EXTENDED...
