Winterhold Crashing

Okay, so usually my Skyrim runs just fine...but then I go to Winterhold and the entire thing just rolls over and tries to die.  Yes, I'm using Mod Organizer (1.2.6) ((Yes I know I should update it, please don't tell me that, it isn't helpful.))  Skyrim has decided that none of the following things are good: walking into Winterhold, exiting any building into the Skyrim world space cells around or in Winterhold or the College of Winterhold, fast travelling to Winterhold, coughing or sneezing in the vicinity of Winterhold or throwing rocks at Winterhold from a distance. (Yeah, those last two are made up but it seems that way sometimes.)

 

I have posted my load order below, yes I run LOOT regularly. Yes, I was naughty and did enable a few mods and an ENB after starting the saved game. Is it possible to do a proper Legacy of the Dragonborn game without doing that? I doubt it.   Not everything listed in the LO is active, I've got about 35 mods from the steam workshop and those are listed in the load order by default, active or not.  

 

I don't know if its in the log I posted, but when Skyrim crashes this is usually the last line of the log:

 

[10/09/2016 - 03:25:48AM] ERROR:  (FF002693): has no parent cell or world space.

And in some cases it is the last 50 lines of the log.  Final mod that I've got is Live Another Life and that is listed as DB in MO.  Not sure where it is getting the FF prefix from.  Has anyone ever seen this before?  Does anyone have any idea which mod it might be from?  As I said it only seems to happen when in or around Winterhold so I'm really confused; also getting irritated as it is blocking my ability to finish the CoW quest line.   Thanks for any help folks here can provide!

as if someone could find that out by looking at a load order, or papyrus log (that have nothing to do with crash, those errors were able to get in the log, you can't crash because of them)

 

 

coc winter... (help winterhold to find one) from main menu, enter then exist a building

 

if that don't ctd, that's why it isn't safe to continue playing a save after removing mods (you did wheeloflul on that save, it put something in winterhold, maybe it's that)

 

if that still ctd, copy paste your profile to profiletest, and coc winter... after unchecking mods, and again, and again

if that ctd with just skyrim esm, you start unchecking mods folders

if that ctd with just skyrim esm and bsa, your mess is in data folder, you are good for a reinstall (after backup of that data folder in case you need some of that mess for the save)

What is interesting is that I've never downloaded Wheels of Lull before, I tracked it on the nexus but never took the time to download or install.  It seems that one of the master files I've got is objecting, as the game crashes with only the masters loaded.  I put that bit from the log in as I was hoping someone had run into this problem before and would recognize it.  

 

Found that it seems to be Whips and Chains from here on LL that was causing that crash. Huh, wouldn't have called that one.

 

Edit: I wouldn't have called it because that wasn't the mod that was the problem.  *sigh*  Okay back to testing everything.

 

Okay, so the .psc file is a MySQL database.  If I'm reading this correctly, the game is trying to read from a database to apply an effect to an NPC that isn't there.
