Death Alternative (w/ Defeat) placing character in air/below floor

Yeah, character stays in place when this happens, doing the resets on DA menu does not work and I end up saving and loading the game to have the character with both feet on the ground and able to move.
 
Anyway to know how this can be happening and how to correct it?

Sometimes I instead appear under the floor of the inside place I should have spawned on, and I fall, Physics stretching after I fall a little bit and keep falling, never landing. I attached the Paprus.0 log...

Deactivate Ragdoll und set Perc. large hit over 200%.

I think he means percentage (perc)

 

I have the same problem (as have many others) and I don't have ragdoll activated. It seems something to do with the positioning of the default map markers (according to the author). Basically sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't and the only cure I found was to save while you are in the air then reload and you will drop into the correct place.

 

I haven't tried v7 but it's always been an issue with v6 and reported a number of times on nexus. The endless falling one can sometime be fixed with multiple resets in the utility menu but frankly it's not worth the bother and simpler to reload your last save

Ok, that didn't work. I have the Bleedout animation only and the percentage hit is over 200
