A recently had a power outage while I was playing skyrim, which before didn't crash when I loaded saves. Now it has cause me problems where I can't load a save properly unless I go to an older save and then load a newer save. So I need help diagnosing the problem.

Sorry for the late response, but I suggest you either get used to it, as this is what tends to happen to a lot of players, or you follow the guide I linked in my signature, and read it carefully, as it might get rid of the problem. (It did for me)

Also, use the program I attached, (Extrackt the 2013 version first, then the 2015, overwrite, if needed.) to load your save into it.

Click on Global data table 3, then click on Papyrus once, and see your string count on the right side.

If it is ~50.000 and you're about 100 hours into the game it should be fine, if it exceeds the hard coded limit of (forgot the exact count) something about ~63500-65000, if will most likely break your save soon enough.

(String count may increase during the game, depending on how much/which scripts you are running, so the savegame issues appear seemingly out of nowhere.)

If you're using Crash Fixes however, it has a patch to load saves with an extremely high string count. Even without the workaround of loading a clean save first.

Also sorry, as I don't know if I'm allowed to post these files. I just try to help.

Unfortunately the crash fix did not help my problem but it did improve and also I check my stringcount and it was under 63500~65000 range. But you did mention a patch for high string count, but I can't seem to find it.

The patch for high stringcounts is a build in feature of the Crahs Fixes plugin as of version 8. (Current is 10 or 11 if I'm not mistaken.)

So it should work automatically.

Still no invitation to go crazy with stringcounts, as, as soon as this patch applies, you might not be able to open your savegame in any editor anymore, as they just don't recognize it anymore. So as long as you want to clean your saves from time to time, keep it low. ^^

Get the latest ENB binaries (you don't need to use the graphics, just the ENBoost) and set DataSyncMode=1. It should solve all crashes when loading save games.

SexLab Nude Creatures is obsolete is you isntall Creature Framework, you used LOOT for the load order ?... I think the problem is there. I think you have too many frameworks that makes running too many scripts that make heavy your save and causes the crashes.

I never had a problem like this before I was able to run skyrim fine until a power outage happened during the time I was playing. So I'm trying to diagnose what exactly happened with skyrim. Also I have run several frameworks before and had no problem with it.
