Hello all! I'm curious if anyone might know about a house mod thats like made for sex and slaves and that sort of thing for Oblivion.

There's not really a house mod which does what you are looking for. There are some businesses ones but no player ones that I know off. However one could most likely be made, this has just given me a idea.

LoversSlaveTrader is probably what you want, It has cell, where you train and raise you slaves, and with a little Creative Tes4 work, you probably could add some living area's with no trouble.

 

But it does give you a way to use, force to obey, and have slaves follow you, have slaves prostitute them self's and make money for you. or train them and sell them, which is also part of the quest line. It has quite a bit going for it.

 

But making slaves of some NPC can bust many quest's. so make a clean save before you play it, and save your progress with other mods first.

 

Do expect it to have compatibility problems with some other mods, because of what it does this is un avoidable.

 

For the S&M type player it is pretty good.
