HDT Collision only working on new game?

I am currently using Scivirus' Clams of Skyrim 

When I start a new game everything works fine, all collisions.

But when I try using Scivirus' Clams of Skyrim on a current on going save file, breast and butt, schlong jiggles but I can't get collision to working.

This is on exactly the same setup, only save file is different (new one vs. old one)

any idea what's causing this and possibly a solution to fix this?

maybe somehow skse involved ? i got that problem with 1.7.2 version.Had to reinstall all game and mods to return  working 1.7.1

Think this could be related to the Havok item. On the old safe, the "old" npc dont have it in their inventory. They just didn't spawn with it. On the new game, the esp is already active and npcs gets spawned with it.

That would be my theory.
