What's the latest version of Mbp++?

I've scoured the internet searching for an answer and couldn't find one. I'm looking to reinstall Oblivion soon and was wondering, what's the latest version of Mbp++? There are different versions on the Nexus, and different versions here, and also different versions on several japanese websites... and to 'help', I get told different things by different people. A little help?

Latest versions? Don't honestly know or care. I'm still using my old manually built and fixed setup. Ease of install? There's an .omod version here that is fairly easy to get going. (I personally still unpack .omods and install manually.) Odds are any Japanese versions are not translated, if that matters.

MBP 1.4a, MBP++ 0.98a, x117race 0.77

These should be enough for everything, even if they aren't the latest ones.
