Collision mesh doesn't transform with regular mesh in Nifskope?

I tried rotating a sword mesh due to alignment problems in the GECK for a sword I converted and I tried scalling another mesh to be bigger since I couldn't click on it in the render view, and the collision mesh didn't alter itself in either situation. I'm not a seasoned Nifskope user, but do you have to recreate a new collision whenever you transform a mesh in whichever way in Nifskope?
