i am playing fallout new vegas with mods and they work great only big problem I'm having is while talking to just about anyone all the original speech text is not available or there that means no quests nothing i have turned off smaller talk and about 1/2 of the mods i am using and can get it back i am wondering does this happen to anyone else, and how did or would you fix the problem . I figured id loose some but i cant even trade with traders without having to steal this is my list of mods anything stand out? thanks in advance.

What I would do it turn a few mods on 1 at a time till the problem appears then turn one off from that last set you installed till you find which one is the culprit causing it and can then get rid of it I don't think smaller talk is the cause of it as all it does is give text to people that do not have voices and makes reading their messages easier but I could be wrong.

Also, try using loot in combo with fnvedit to find your conflicts and get your load order straighted out. Smaller talk is most likely not your issue as myuhinny said, but you definity have a mod conflict. Simplfy your load, the more you have the less likley you are to achieve a stable game.

SmallerTalk don't cause nothing like that he only add some dialog he not change anything. second you have too many mods check and uncheck 160 is too many you need to have 129 or less and make clean save to all your save data. your game try to upload all the mods on the save data that cause that your save game forget to load something like your case the vanilla dialog or quest. don't put too many weight to your game. Fallout games are not like Skyrim he can load 255 mods with no problem well sometimes LOL Fallout Not.
