plugins wont open??

I use NMM for all my mods.  When I download files off loverslab I activate them by adding plugin in NMM then hit open, then that mod shows up on the list under mods and I activate it.  Well I just installed some more mods and I when I click open plugin nothing happens and it doesn't move to my list of mods to activate it.  I even tried opening mods from a month ago and they wont appear on my NMM list to activate.  Anyone know why this is?

Well first this should be posted in the game section for the game that you are having problems with and not in the general technical support area. 2nd how many mods do you have installed 254/255 is max for mods that you can install if you are at max it will not let you install anything else.
