[REQ] RFID-tag-less Skyrim (AKA: remove "Stolen" tag)

I want something like this for Skyrim.

 

It would be nice if it worked with pickpocketing too.

I know two, neither of which is convenient:

setownership

Which must be repeated on every item, and only works on items that are dropped, making it nonviable for gold and other items that form large stacks.

 

player.removeallitems player

Which freezes my game for who knows how long, because I'm carrying about 30k gold and 1k arrows.

 

If I knew a convenient console command to remove the stolen flag from the items in my inventory, I would have used that.

There's Leveller's Tower floating around, which could clean up stolen items, but still there are caveats.
