Looking for a specific killable children mod

When you killed a child, you'd gain the Child Murder perk which made some people hate you.

All I remember is I  found the mod on some foreign site, I don't know if it was originally from that site.

I remembered a mod like that from Nexus for FO3. If an occasioal child was murdered they would become hostile for a while however would subside. Use ful for accidentally shooting a child however if you continued they would attack on sight on most occasions. It was quite awhile ago when I had it. It ended up getting corrupted on my drive and dumped. When checking for updates before it was removed.

 

It is however possible that perhaps someone here could even re-create it.. .

I would suggest you post to that thread. There are some there that are like i was and have a large collection of mods. They can direct you or even outright give you a copy if it is no longer available.
