New hair (modelled), Concept Stuff

Hello!

Please excuse my English, it is not my birth language, and I do apologize for any grammatical errors!

I am not sure if this is the correct forum to post my request, but

since some of the art contains nudity, and this is one of the most

visited sections, I thought it will be the best place for this post to be seen.

I have been playing ES games since Morrowind, but did not really think about creating models for in-game until Oblivion was out and I saw what was possible. I like the graphical quality of Skyrim better so I decided it is finally time to do it.

The main reason for this post is a plea for help, of sorts. I have

experience modelling with Maya, however I do not know the correct way

to export obj's to the nif? format AND have them working ingame.

If there is someone on these forums with knowledge of exporting and

optimizing, here is my request. I have modeled this hair in Maya, if

someone would be so kind as to convert it for use with Skyrim. I have included few files with this post.

First one is the MB (Maya Binary) scene with the hair and the female

head for reference, Y up. (Maya is Y up). I have also included the hair texture.

Second one is the hair positioned off the grid right next to the

original head, so it looks correct in-game.

The third one is the MB file converted to OBJ so it can be converted to the nif? format for use in-game.

I have also uploaded few concept images of stuff I plan to add in-

game and was wondering if I can team up with someone. I can model this

stuff in Maya, then the person will convert it for use with Skyrim.

As you see I love dark elves and crazy jewelry and was thinking of adding a lot of necklaces, rings and earrings, since they are quite easy to model and texture. Also thinking of doing the armors on the

Handmaidens picture soon, if I can find someone to help me.

The third picture is the hair in the Maya files.

I will post the rest of the art in the new post since it seems there is a maximum amount of files I can attach.
