TES4: Oblivion Messed up Chapels and CTD

I decided to play Oblivion for the first time on PC since I hated the console versions. I wanted to use mods as well but there is something wrong with the chapels. Well for starters they look like this.

And everytime I enter one I get this message.

Could anyone please help me my mod list is here.

You are running Oblivifall Loosing My Religion and some other mod modifies the races. Use plugins from this mod http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/44888/? even if you don't use Oblivion Character Overhaul by nuska. Waalx Animals & Creatures Overhaul users should also use Losing My Religion Oblivion Character Overhaul v2 Patch by Cliffworms.

To fix Cathedral glass textures use Cathedral texture fix from http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/31668/? and replace any files.

And is this your real order you need to work on it because it is a mess.

That LO could use more work too.

If running via Steam you'll need to use the readme to set up your Oblivion icon correctly.

Load order: use BOSS http://boss-developers.github.io/ ( or LOOT )

Run BOSS (or LOOT ), then sort the Mods BOSS did not sort manually in the Mod manager(clothes Mods to sorted clothes Mods, Quest Mods to sorted quest Mods, .....Sort them in about alphabetically within the categories)

Then sort your Lovers Mods (Boss does not sort Lovers Mods right) Load order here in the Spoiler http://www.loverslab.com/topic/4487-please-read-before-posting-here/

I think I am but I don't know how to use it properly even with the readme.

I need help setting that up. The old way by using the checking something in my Steam settings is not there anymore.

This was a couple of mouse clicks; Google Search: OBSE, DL OBSE, read readme file.

IF YOU ARE USING THE STEAM VERSION OF OBLIVION:

1. Copy obse_1_2_416.dll, obse_editor_1_2.dll, obse_steam_loader.dll and the Data folder to your Oblivion directory. This is usually "C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\common\oblivion". IF YOU ARE USING WINVISTA OR WIN7, IT SHOULD NOT BE IN C:\PROGRAM FILES AS YOU WILL RUN INTO ISSUES WITH WINDOWS SECURITY BS. INSTEAD CREATE A NEW FOLDER OR USE AN EXISTING GAMES FOLDER.

2. Ensure you have enabled the Steam community in-game, or OBSE will fail to load. Go to Steam > Settings > In-Game and check the box marked "Enable Steam Community In-Game".

3. Launch Oblivion via Steam or by running Oblivion.exe. OBSE will automatically be run along with Oblivion when launched. To disable this, rename or move obse_steam_loader.dll. You do not need to use obse_loader.exe unless you are running the editor.

RUNNING TES:CONSTRUCTION SET WITH OBSE:

Scripts written with these new commands must be written via the TESConstructionSet launched with obse_loader. Open a command prompt window, navigate to your oblivion install folder, and type "obse_loader -editor". The normal editor can open plugins with these extended scripts fine, it just can't recompile them and will give errors if you try.

As of v0021, the loader uses a different method to start the TESConstructionSet. The new implementation may be incompatible with some third-party plugins. To revert to the old method, use the '-oldinject' switch.

Okay, I just installed the glass fix but I still CTD upon entering the chapels. I will work on my LO and then use TES Construction set with OBSE or is my ordering off?

Okay now I think I messed up because now my skin textures for all my races are like this. More over my females are missing some of the hair additions beautiful people adds. Here's my new LO.
