Typing console commands ends animation

Hi,

 

Often, when I type console commands during an animation, such as tfc, actor.additem, actor.removeitem, and so on, the animation will abruptly end. None of the keys I am typing in the console are used by SexLab, as my configuration has all of Sexlab's keys on the numpad. It has been doing this with both 1.3x and 1.5x. 

Does anyone know what might cause this or how I can get around it? It is extremely irritating.
