Can move around while in char creation

So I've just installed Oblivion with lovers on steam. Was quite exited to get into it again. I've set up everything, no crashes on start. But when I start a new game and get the charecter creation screen on I notice that stuff isn't alined as it should be. Also while pressing the arrow keys I can move around the world, while still being in the menu.

I'm using:

I get this also but I think of it as a big perk myself, if I remember correctly hitting the first person key will bring you back to the default view. I thought this functionality was provided by the OBSE plugin blockhead or the mod OCO2 but if you don't have them then I'm not sure where it comes from.

Yes, I do use blockhead. Maybe it's a funcion added byt it? I remember that previously when I didn't use it, it was all normal

Yes this is  a feature/bug of BlockHead. Just check the OP of its Nexus page. WASD keys and arrows will move the camera around. Just click on the player to reset again.
