I have everything you've done. Great work.

 

Dream Girl is by far the highest quality body I have ever seen, and the TBBP/HDT support is the best of any body mod I'm aware of. 

I just wish more people would try it. I think the reason it doesn't get much attention on the nexus may simply be the unflattering screenshots on the mod page.

Yeah, the presentation is pretty underwhelming, I think another reason it's underappreciated is because of poor armor support, how many new mods popped up lately you have seen that have a DG version? It mostly relies on conversions done at a much later date by a few DG lovers, and even that is pretty rare. If DG had wide support as UNP/7B/CBBE, I would have switched to it immediately, hopefully DG will slowly catch up with the rest popular bodies in this regard.

I've wanted to try it out ever since I first saw it. But to do so at that time would've meant running around nude all the time! :lol:

 

Poor salesmanship and a lack of support seems to be this body's only weakness, and those are apparently quite big issues amongst those playing Skyrim.

 

So keep up the conversions! I really want to use this body at some point.

Did you even check my links, there's tons of armors for DG, all vanilla is converted, the most popular TBBP conversions and there's been 3 DG only armors released in the last month ... Everything else I've seen on the nexus either doesn't require a body (meaning there's none embedded in the armor and uses no replacement shape) or is another conversion of something old much as many of my conversions are.

 

 

Have you attempted Eisen Platte armor for dream girl by any chance?

As for myself, I could care less about vanilla armors as I almost never use them. As I said, DG conversions are usually done at a much later date after the release of the originals, at which point I already lose much of the interest in said mods because either I have had them in my game for quite some time or I have seen enough of them from other peoples screenshots.

 

If you think DG armor support is as good as UNP/7B/CBBE or even close to them, here are some new, popular/semi-popular armor/clothing mods appeared on nexus in the last few weeks:

Do they have DG support in mind? Sadly no.

 

And lets not forget the whole asian modding community, when is your last time you saw an armor mod/pack that supports DG comes from 3dm or Japanese modders? So far I have seen NONE.

 

If you are using DG, sorry, you just have to wait for a conversion probably 2 months later, unless you are planning to convert them by yourself. Don't know about others but when it comes to choosing a new body, armor support is as important to me as the body's aesthetic appeal, if you are perfectly happy with what DG has for armor mods/conversions, then all the more power for you.

DG doesnt look like a bad body, but it could use more support. if there was a full Immersive armors replacer for it, i would use it no problem.

 

trying it, with the vanilla replacers on an alt character now. tho it doesnt seem to different from UNP, dont see why the armors wont work as well.
