Can you use overlays with Enhanced Character Edit?

I had some serious trouble using overlays with RaceMenu, but I dont see how it can be used for ECE, is there a way?

No. I'm 99.99% sure you can't, at least I've never seen a way to. If you could then not many people would use Race Menu to be totally honest.

I believe its compatible with racemenu, I just dont want to mess up my game

Well I don't know . . . but it resets my vertex edits ( with ECE only ) after save reloading  , when I run both of these.

 

You can use Mod Organizer and set up different profiles, so its a totally safe way.

I'm creating a character from which they would like to get a follower with the help of other users

 

I'm using ECE 1.2 (no vertex) the character is almost ready, I just have to reduce the size of the nose, someone who has experience can tell me step by step how to proceed in reducing the size of the nose in ECE, without altering the original form ?
