Issues with the Imperial island.

So recently I decided to remod Oblivion from scratch.  I followed Knots' guide for modifying the game with the exception of body mods, I used the guides here for that, followed by installing Lovers.  So everything works just fine with almost no issues arising, until I leave the walls of the Imperial City.  For some reason whenever I'm outside I can't walk more than 2-3 steps before Oblivion gives up.  The game also crashes if I try approaching the Imperial City island from the surrounding area as well.  Same goes for Anvil, I can't fast travel there without it crashing immediately.  The last place I tried was Frostcrag and aside from stuttering and occasional pauses, it ran just fine.

 

I figured it has something to do with my load order since I already cleaned the esps I needed to clean and did everything else in Knots' guide recommended to optimizing Oblivion, even modifying the ini file.  So this probably isn't the best place to ask, but I figure there has to be someone running the same set of mods that I am.

So if there are anything I can do either in the Load Order or the games files I can do to stop crashing, let me know.

i do not know for the load order    and it could be missing requierements.

 

  just try to deactivate monstergirlcoc.esp and  obgeliquidewater.esp and as one can conflict with levelings and the other with shaders i think       see if there is any crash

 

if it is always problematic you will have to do it will all esp and test the game esp by esp activated till you find the culprit     than you can find a solution     or wait for other suggestions (better i hope)

TES4Edit by ElminsterAU http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/11536/? Download it unzip it run it if it hits a error in the load order it will stop look at what it has to report fix it close tes4edit and repeat till it no longer hits any errors and is able to load completely up.

 

Yeah Monstergirl COC can conflict with mods if they add things to the game and COC adds to the same area. I have had it conflict with other mods as well like Claudia's little secret I kept getting CTD at leyawinn if I got half way there warping to it did nothing till I left the city then it was CTD time so I turned it off and it went away and any other time I just started getting CTD's for no reason the first one I turned off was COC as I knew it was the cause.

Problem solved, it was MonsterCOC as you two suggested.  My running TES4Edit didn't show any errors in the load order, but removing MonsterCOC entirely allowed me to travel to Anvil and the Imperial Waterfront with no problems what so ever.
