Character not stripping?

Anyone else ever have an issue where their toon doesn't lose their clothing when being raped or even initiating consensual sex? I have the joburg settings for clothing set up right, or at least same as I always have, can't figure it out. Just in case it could be a load order thing, I have included mine below. Don't forget that after moving your mod files you need to uncheck all lovers esp and esm's in OBMM or Wrye and then start oblivion and load your latest save then hit escape and make a new save. Then you can exit oblivion and re-enable all your lovers esp/esm's fire up oblivion and load your "clean" save and see if they problem persists.

Also note that running joberg and lande at the same time can lead to conflicts and is not recommended.

 

Also to run lande you have to rename the pluggy dll in your OBSE folder to OBSE_Elys_Pluggy_HUD.dll.

 

LoversBackup2.esp - this can be deleted - it is built into lovers with pk.esp

 

All official dlc and unofficial patches should be "above" any lovers esp's.

clothing options are not found in the joburg setting spells, they are found in the Lovers with PK settings spell. Joburg stalking results into standard rape so it's something more than joburg, probably your load order or conflicting mods.

Thanks for the quick responses, I appreciate it. I had recently loaded that new Lovers with PK Rev 91 AOI, it came with all the conflicting esps loaded, kinda newb of me to not verify that they were deconflicted. Trying your suggestions, will let you know what happens.

Well, fixed the load order and the un-needed esps, but no joy. Still doesn't strip during any sex, consensual or rape. Any other suggestions?

Did you use the "in game" lovers settings (via the spell in your spell book) to tell the system what males/females armor/clothing slots should strip?

Or the necessary meshes and textures aren't there for lovers to use.

Yep, all the Lover's settings are right, and I've had all the textures and resource packs for a while now. It's only since I loaded up this new AOI PK that I've had this issue, prior to that it worked fine. Guess I should just ditch the AOI and load up the various esps on their own and see what happens. Yay.

Before jumping off to that extreme try this:

1. Install the lovers resource pack: http://www.loverslab.com/showthread.php?tid=29

2. Install the lovers base pack: http://www.loverslab.com/showthread.php?tid=7

 

Now go in and see if things work correctly. If not then one last thing to try is disable ALL lovers esm/esp files and start oblivion, then load your latest save and hit escape after it loads and make a new save, the exit oblivion completely. Now enable all your lovers mods, start oblivion and load your newly made "clean" save. Again test to see if things work.

Hey did anyone ever resolve this? Cause I'm having the same issue. It's just my PC, all the other characters are stripping just fine. (Seriously, I used that command sex spell to force a normal and a rape, stripping worked just fine). It's weird, my weapon unequips but not the clothing or armor. Any ideas? Like the above guy it only happened after I installed that big everything in one omod, and I've already played around with load order, disabled the redundant mods you guys listed here, and reinstalled the lovers esp file and resource pack.

Well you are missing a critical core file Lovers with PK.esm from the Resource pack.

 

Try this for a load order - note you will need a "clean save" to get the benefit from this (disable all your lovers mods - fire up oblivion load your current save and then hit escape and make a new save. Then you can exit oblivion, enable your lovers mods and fire oblivion back up and load your clean save.

Derp, I do have the Lovers with PK esm, I just forgot to type it. Though I did have it right below LoversCreatures... odd. I after unpacking the Lovers resource pack or whatever has the mod files in them I forgot to check the load order. Testing that now.

Have you changed anything in your lovers with pk spell ?? check it and see how dress and undress is set for player character. and change it accordingly.

Okay, redid load order, still no love. Fiddled around with the spell itself, and that's a no-go there. Like I said before NPCs, male or female, are stripping and redressing just fine, it's only the PC that refuses to get naked.

 

Edit:

I found the problem! The Lovers with PK Extender.esp that comes in that giant omod was the source of the issue. Apparently it caused a conflict down the line and kept the PC's cloths on. Disable that and all runs well. Thanks for the help everyone.

I am not too convinced it is caused by extender, extender does not make changes how npc are dressed or undressed. And these mods have been heavily tested before my disc broke. Try to load the mod with the original from my own download section: http://www.loverslab.com/showthread.php?tid=389 And see if this still occur ?? If the original is also the same then you can say it is Extender causing it.

 

I have done lot's of translations around these part but these bug report has never appeared before. Only after they started to release my mods in packs has problems appeared.

Check the file size if it is different then my own download page then they are probably using an older version where 2.4.3 fixed. There used to be allot of problems 2.4, until 2.4.3 stabilizes that. and added new options.

I didn't suspect the extender was the problem either, 'cause before switching to the AIO pack I had the extender and things worked just fine. Don't know what to tell you, but the way the Extender is bundled with the other mods it causes a problem.

 

Honestly, I looked up what the extender does and it shouldn't be messing with the undressing, but it is. Unless there is some setting that the extender adds that I'm missing, that's the cause of the problem.

That was exactly the same as my issue, with only my toon not stripping. NPC's would get naked as jaybirds, there I'd be in my armor or other clothes. Thanks for the workaround, I'll give that a try. Sorry I had not posted on it in a while, haven't been online in a week. I had already done the clean save and reload trick Gregathit posted earlier, no joy for me either. I'll post up after I try it and let you know if it worked with mine as well.

Definitely something to do with extender, I had the same results as Magetorment. Deactivated it and now my character finally undresses properly. Don't understand why, I don't think that extender would have anything to do with that but it's definitely the culprit this time.

Mind you I'm new to this board however I've actually been having a kind of opposite but similar problem. I use the regular versions (not he big AIO(dling it now actually)) and my character has absolutely no problem staying naked, however every other female will strip, start(even when my chick aint involved) and then poof dressed again, guys stay naked, female character stays naked every other female in the game doesn't. Like I said opposite but similar, I'm somewhat working on a fresh install of oblivion and with other settings on my previous install I didn't have issues, This one however I have everything installed(mostly correct) and I'm not sure where the issue lies(not that it's a big deal) just thought it might help in this case to figure out where the cause is.

Heh Believe it or not installing the AIO OMOD completely fixed the problem for me.It cleared the issue up, and will try and post my load order as soon as the numbness in my arm and neck go away*(like I said, Spine issues). ATM: this is my load order( I probably have to shuffle it around but yeah, That AIO was a better idea it does seem to run a bit smoother but some things still are unreadable text(just the book) and still no idea what the hell that little doll is for.

If you can think of a better load order or recomendations I'm all ears.

Edit: The previous load order that I had the issue in is gone however I did have a lot of those extra animation packs that either arn't fully tested or cancel other ones out, and when I inspected it earlier(before reading your reply) I noticed thyat the file flow for the animation folders had loose animations with the same name as other ones in the ani2 folder.I believe(and this may help the original poster of this thread) that the animations canceling each other out was not only causing a loop but causing the clothing to remain on due to the initial animation being reset by the next one with the same name.I had removed the extra ones and installed the OMOD and have not had the no nude problem since.

Tempest, your load order is not good If you haven't had problems yet you soon will. Please go back to the OP of the AIO mod and click on the technical assistance spoiler, then click on the example load order spoiler and reshuffle your load order to match it.

 

Also get rid of the duplicate:

LoversAdultPlayPlus.esp

LoversAdultPlayPlusforSSP.esp <---this is the latest and must stay in your LO for LoversVoiceSSPplus.esp to work.

 

Next there are problems with these two mods running at the same time:

LoversJoburg.esp

LoversLandEv2.esp

Pick one or the other (note: if you pick LoversJoburg.esp remember to disable/delete LoversLandE_hud.esp

 

Other issue:

LoversCreature_SexualOrgans.esp

LoversCreature_SexualOrgans_Dogs.esp

These two are NEVER supposed to be enabled. They are supposed to be merged into a bashed patch via wrye bash and left disabled.

 

Glad your toons are getting naked while "getting it on" The above changes should keep you running and as stable as oblivion will allow....

I'm experiencing the same problems that he is, but with one slight problem. I'm literally not running any other mods :/ other than the bare req and it still is not working.

I suggest going and getting v2.4.3 for rev91 as v2.4 is not compatible with it the version of lovers you are running. You may need to have wrye bash installed to rename the extender's master to the SSP version of adult play plus that you are running also.

 

Also make sure you have OBSE v20 and MenuQue installed.
