looks like a skeleton or faulty body.

I accidentally had a faulty body in SOFA, that I fixed . possibly remove your SOFA and install the new version

Also I hereby review your load order:

I hope you have the plugin limit-fix. because you are exceeding the default(unmodded) 137 limit

 

YUP - Base Game + All DLC.esm --> this might have changed but YUPTTW should have all that this plugin has, making it obsolete

FalloutTTWquestoverhaul.esp --> Just for my 'feels'. please place this below the framework mods. Maternity Pack Overkill being the last one

                                ALSO. FBDCBreeder/FBJade and FalloutTTWquestoverhaul have a conflict. Best to do the FB-story line before going to GNR plaza and befriending the supermutants

 

Simple Open Strip.esm --> If you have issues around the Vegas area, this could be a cause. You need a lot of compatibility patches if you have this mod

SexoutWorkingGirl.esp ---> Is a framework mod and should be near SexoutTryout

 

Sexist Dialogue V1.5.1.esp --> Might be fixed, but I had bad issues with this mod in the past. Scripts being broken etc

SexoutTTWEncounters.esp --> Don't know if this mod is/needs to be converted to the new TTW 3+

AdvancedMedicalScanner.esp --> Remove this mod. Outdated and included in SexoutPregnancy

SexoutZAZ.esp --> Remove this mod. Outdated and included in SexoutNG

SexoutAnimManagement.esp, SexoutPosNew.esp  --> Optional. Pausing the Sexout animations will cause CTDs

ItemBrowser.esp, HairPatcher.esp --> Can cause severe slowdowns and loading screens. disable when not using it

 

 

I don't know anything about weapon and weather/lighting mods.  Seems you can merge a lot of the weapon mods into a singular plugin. Just make sure 'RemoveWorkstationNeeds' isn't merged, as most 'merging' software doesn't know what to do with a mod that removes items from an itemlist.

 

the new SOFA version will also include SexoutDrugging.esm. place this just below Maternity Pack overkill. It is a framework mod.

well i do have the plugin fix, i'd never play NV with out it :), also i kind of installed my Sexout load out before Sofa Was released, (back up drives and such)

I didn't know jade conflicted with TTW Quest overhaul, but i've never negotiated with the Mutants, 

i haven't left D.C yet so i don't know if the strip is messed up or not.

 

(also i tried to merge the weapons and while the merge worked they where missing the Custom animations so i unmerged them)

 

 

anyway why i wait for SOFA to download ill re install the compatibility skeleton and type 4 to see if that does anything

It was enhanced movement  that was the cause, here is a link to the patch i found if anyone else has this issue in the future.
