Dodgy texture gap

Hey guys im getting a weird texture gap issue with naked females, ive also reinstalled the xp32 max skeleton also and reinstalled CBBE, regenerated FNIS and rebashed the hell out of the bashed0 patch.

usually in oblivion i was all over this but this is just driving me crazy!

also the hands are buggered too, i looked at a few other threads but i couldnt find the answer i needed

Happens when the textures ain't for the body. Reinstall your CBBE textures.

It need to be compatible if you use different body texture or change with old saves you get these seams and gaps.

I did this several times over past year and it always solved my problems making sure whole body is with compatible textures and cleaning up the maps involved.

 

Also those hands dunno if its same problem as i had, but you can have textures for First person or third person(for better hands) also give this hand seam.

I think older saves also not best to use, better use a new character with new save best way.

Alright ive started a new game and found a clue to the real issue, im noticing in those gaps left in the textures, have other body textures from old ones under them, which is causing conflict, how can i remove all the female textures so i can reinstall them myself?

 

edit: i removed the body textures which made their bodies glow purple as they had no textures. but the hands and faces remained, i wonder if the hands are tied to the HQ face mods or if they are in a seperate place because i cant find them

Overwriting whatever you have now with a full-body texture package should work.

ok problem fixed!

what i did was navigate to where all the body textures are "textures\actors\character" and removed all the body ones, then went into nexus and reactivated CBBE big bottom edition, strangely that did nothing ingame so i used "CBBE skin texture V2 V3 plus Thepal and UNP compatible" by activating it and now the bodies are perfect!
