I just started using Oblivion XP recently and am really enjoying it so far. I also really like the Lovers XP plugin that allows me to gain experience through sex. My only problem is that I don't get any experience for masturbation, as I was led to believe was the case.

No, the last english translated verison is still lovers v91. Did you use a clean save (disable all lovers plugins and start oblivion, then load your latest save, then make a new save and exit oblivion - then via OBMM or Wrye enable your lovers plugins and restart oblivion and load your clean save). Using a clean save clears the memory as the old load order and disabled mods can get hung up in your save game.

 

Honestly, I don't know whether xp will give you xp or not.
