face animations Facial Animations not working on cell change or interiors

This has been happening since the beginning but when I enter an interior or a cell change the facial animations stop working in AAF. Not sure what the issue is. I disabled and uninstalled Animated Fannies. But it still happens. Basically when I load up my game from desktop, the facial animations work on all scenes that have them. Then I enter a new cell or interior and they stop working for the rest of the time. Only way to fix is close to desktop and try again. Any help would be appreciated.

Turns out disabling "Long Loading Times Fix" fixes the issue. Hopefully this helps someone else down the road

That is no fun, Long Loading Time Fix works great for me, but I was wondering if why facial expressions were not working. 😒
