Sexlab does not provide any of this.  Sexlab is the framework that allows other mods to do this.

You need a plugin for sexlab to enable dialogue.

Find them here http://www.loverslab.com/files/category/111-dialog-sex/

Off the top of my head.  Sexlab submit also has dialogue options - find it here http://www.loverslab.com/files/file/247-sexlab-submit-20oct13-1633/

You can look at all the mods that use sexlab features here..  the mods that do other than dialogue options.  http://www.loverslab.com/files/category/19-sexlab-framework/

EDIT: You will still NEED to use sexlab. AND one of these other mods.

These are REQUIRED mods to run the framework.

STEP 1:

- Skyrim Script Extender (SKSE) http://skse.silverlock.org/ Select Installer.

- Fores New Idles in Skyrim  http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/11811//? - Follow instructions on the main page. (there will be a tool to register animations in this program that is necessary.)

- SKYUI http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/3863/?

STEP 2: INSTALLATION of FRAMEWORK

  • Download the latest Framework Pack & extract it's content into your Skyrim's data folder - http://www.loverslab.com/files/download/150-skyrim-sexlab-sex-animation-framework-v124-updated-1020/ (SexlabFramework)
  • Navigate to your Skyrim's data/tools/GenerateFNIS_for_Users folder and run the GenerateFNISforUsers.exe utility.
  • If you have a custom animation skeleton installed (very likely) make sure you check the "Skeleton arm fix" patch. (a checkmark box inside the tool)
  • Click the big button that reads "Update FNIS Behavior"
  • You should see a line that says "Reading SexLab ..." if not you've done something wrong.
  • Activate the SexLab.esm file in your list of active mods.

STEP 3: Select the type of Sex mod you wish to use.

Select the "MOST POPULAR" Tab on top of mod page to find highly desirable mods.

You can ignore the first file  Skyrim Sexlab - Sex Animation Framework.  You have just installed this.

http://www.loverslab.com/files/category/19-sexlab-framework/

Read Description on each mods page to understand how the sex will operate.  Some will use dialogue. some will simply happen by themselves.

"SEXLAB ROMANCE" Is if you only want dialogue sex.

If they're just standing naked then it sounds like FNIS was never actually run.  Make sure you run the program and update behavior, that will let animations run properly.  If you use mod organizer, make sure you run the FNIS For Users exe through Mod Organizer.  FNIS can take a minute or two to run depending on how many mods it detects, so if it looks like it's not doing anything, just be a little patient.

Just giving a little tip, you need to run GeneratFNISForUsers.exe to actually update these, since you're not trying to implement these into a mod.
