Cant get animations to play. Think it's FNAS. I think I've set it up wrong.

I'm brand-new to modding, so go easy on me. I've downloaded pretty much everything I can think of that could be the problem otherwise, so I'm pretty sure it's FNIS, I just end up with 2 nude models standing in the same place while sex sounds play, no matter what I do. And so FNIS. I've been having trouble understanding how to get it working all night. It runs, but it refuses to recognize the existence of the Creature Pack. I feel like whatever's wrong there is the culprit, because that would explain anims not working.

Here's what the tool looks like whenever I press the button:

If anyone could please help, that would be great.

It's right there. You installed FNIS wrong, keeping additional folders in there. First of all you should be installing FNIS into your mod manager, not manually moving folders around. So, quick google/youtube search and you'll find a video about how to install FNIS with whichever mod manager you use. Fix the install and then use FNIS as intended (how you run FNIS also depends on which mod manager you use), so keep an eye out for that info if it's included in the video itself or just check the FNIS description because I'm pretty sure that info has been written in there for years.
