Update today broke WW.

I have been playing all day but I quit out and the sims had an update. Well not my WW is broken. The animations work but when the sims go to finish one of the sims disappears off the screen and are stuck in the Sex moodlet so I can't even teleport them.

 

anyone else have these issues?

im not having any issues that i noticed but i got a last exception for it, dowloaded better exceptions and a shit ton of my animations are outdated

Yea, I got that too but less than 30 mins ago everything was fine until I downloaded the game update. Turned my mods back on and now usually the female disappears after the animation completes.

I figured...... Just wanted to make sure is wasn't something I did. I did download Better exceptions which I didn't know about and that made a huge difference in figuring out I had a couple of duplicate mods

I have a feeling that they (WW) probably won't do an update until after the new packs been out for a bit so it might be a few days. ?

same all worked fine before last update, now have sex stop it sims disappear, travel any where, they are back again, have sex stop disappear again

Same here, It is so annoying. Sims getting stuck and I go to manage worlds to hopefully getting it back to normal. NPC getting stuck in my house and can't leave while I can't see them.

Recently had the same issues as well
Keep getting exception errors as well when the animation stop, but basically having the same issue's as everyone else with sims disappearing and being stuck on the sex moodlet once the animation ends

oh well! time to wait i guess no biggy, im sure theyll fix it soon

I went ahead and fixed the issue real quick. Drop this into your WickedWhimsMod folder, replacing TURBODRIVER_WickedWhims_Scripts.ts4script

 

 

It was just a simple function signature change (create_fgl_context_for_sim in placement.py) so I made the change to the WW call site and recompiled.

It also helps (if you have more than 1 Sim in your household) to enter CAS to change another SIM. You don't have to adjust the Sims, but can just leave CAS again and your female Sim will have reappeared without the stamina moodlet.

And this works even better of course :). Thanks a lot for the update? After replacing the previous script file, the game did say there was a fatal error because of a mismatch between the script file and the other wicked whims file as that's an older version, but the game seems to work fine and the Sim did not disappear anymore.
