I'm hoping to catch the attention of one of the uber-modders, because once the Creation Kit is released, I'd really like to see a mod that is kind f along the line of Claudia's Little Secret, but use the lore that already exists in the Dibella Cults... See Dibella on the ES Wiki. Notice that it mentions Dibella Cults that are devoted to "erotic instruction"... Lore-friendly adult mod!

For those who hadnt noticed, Helga's Bunk House in riften is basically a brothel, and they make some pretty obvious hints at it. Statue of Dibella, a note to Helga from a "Secret lover" going into very odd and random detail about a lusty romp, as well as a mini quest you can pick up to find three men Helga slept with, to collect momentos she gave them called Dibellan marks and confront her with them.

 

I found it quite hilarious, the note on the front counter alone is worth a read for some quick laughs XD

In other words, Helga's Bunk House is a great thing to expand. There's already the Dibella link there. We can make a Dibella-related quest pick up there, if someone has a good idea for that, and we should certainly make it possible for the player to buy services.

Well in that case, we need some proper brothels. One in Riften, sketchy as all fuck. One in Solitude, as upscale as they come. And a couple others here and there that are somewhere in between. A Dunmer one in the slum of Windhelm. I can't see there being one in Whiterun though, it just doesn't suit the local flavor. Which is too bad, what with that being the initial hub city.

I've been running around doing quests for the Temple of Mara and they all involve love and setting up couples so far and that sounds like it would fit easily with an adult mod. Maybe you run around helping out lonely guys/girls or even helping couples learn to enjoy themselves more in the bedroom.

True enough, just looking to find that little place in the game world where it makes sense to add these kind of things. Dibella does make more sense but Mara does have at least some lore friendly potential for romance and all that is involved with it at least. Kind of a more "friendly" route to love making instead of the brothel/sex den route.

Definitely for romance, and the well due expansion to the existing marriage system, less so for sleeping around.

 

Of course, if you go with Daedric princes, should also take into account Molag Bal for obvious reasons, and perhaps Sanguine (although his wiki info isn't sourced).

Sanguine is more in charge of hedonism and self-amusement in general than he is of anything sexual. That's not to say he doesn't indulge in whores, but it's not the major focus of that particular daedra.

 

Molag Bal should be really prominent, especially when you consider how similar Skyrim is to his realm, and how many Dunmer are now in Skyrim.

Also when you break into the Inner Sanctum of the Temple of Dibella in Markath and get caught, you are punished by having to go find their new Sybil, though she also mentions that the usual punishment is a period of servitude and also mentions "making an example" out of you. With an alternate dialogue choice added with a mod during this conversation you could be given the standard punishment instead of The Heart of Dibella quest leading to you having to serve (service ;P) the priestess at the temple. Also you could be made to service visitors to the temple during your temporary enslavement who need some sexual release, either by being placed in stocks for anyone to do what they wish with, or voluntarily depending on your initial reaction to the prospect.

I just thought this might be worth mentioning someplace; Broken Tower Redoubt, the place where in the Debella quest you have to go get the little girl back from the Forsworn, at least for me in my latest playthrough, every Forsworn save the Briarheart at the top was female. A single male boss guy, shrine to Dibella and a whole fort full of women; who just so happened to have kidnapped not only a little girl, but the whatever-she-was-called of Dibella.

Oh. Well that explains a lot. Excuse me for a moment whilst I take my wife grelka for a walk up near this cliff. I hope my allergies don't act up, it would be a shame if I were to "accidentally" blow her off a cliff.

 

I never really checked around the bunkhouse, I only went in there once for a quest, and the other time to see where grelka lived after we were married. Well that explains why random men kept coming out of my house in riften when she was there alone.

I just really hope that if someone does do a Mod for Dibela that they realize that its not just a "sex porno hump hump cult" and that it should be treated with some serious realism like the rest of Skyrim's theme tries to do.

I have few ideas for that, mostly inspired by NPC Healga from Riften. She's practicing "Dibellan Arts" (as she call it) by sleeping with various men and giving them Marks of Dibella. Exactly how cultist should act like.

Also Amulet of Dibella could be Skyrim equivalent of tramp stamp tattoo or shirt with text "My eyes are up here, but keep looking, I like it!" So everyone would know, that PC wearing that amulet is easy.

I like the idea of an amulet sending a message like that. I feel it fits in just fine, if properly implemented. Might be pretty fun, actually. I thinkt he nicest looking amulet in the game is the Arkay amulet.
