Saram corean hair sources, the original Mayu's Animation Overhaul omod and finally the base mod of

lover´s with pk by donkey since rev89 to rev96v2 with all the sources and with all the animations.

The impossible was possible! but making work lovers with MAO?

 

            Donkey says a day in the lovers´s lab forum:

 

"you can't fix something is not even suppose to work together. it's like mixing apples and pears it will not work"

 

This is a large fix for lovers with pk due to "Mayus Animation Overhaul freeze the animations".

after of several days I rewrite lovers with pk.esm and lovers idle animations.esp

This the best choice for back to play oblivion with adult lover´s mods without conflicts.

 

Details

=======

You may use Lovers with PK.esp rev 96v2 or the old rev89 or 90 by donkey in theory

none change to the .esp´s was needed

since that i rewrite lover´s, my work it´s based with the latest version of LoversIdleAnimsPriority.esp

and Lovers with PK.esm of the donkey package:

 Lovers Resources v3 - for use with LPK base rev96.7z

 

the original MAO got NPC´s faces by default to vanilla and i don´t like it, then... 

I merge Mayu's Animation Overhaul.esp with TNR ALL RACES FINAL.esp, the result: 

this disappear the horrible vanilla faces without change the mayus paths, too the key is

add lovers with pk.esm as master for mayus and add a variable commonly used called

loversStageM to the mayus animations

and too update mayus with other NPCs discrepancies of other mods related that i don´t remember

if you use MBP++ with x117 races and others, the LoversMayu'sAnimationOverhaul.esp may do a override

replacing the faces of this mods as they replace the vanilla NPC´S to a oriental look  

 

 

Install

=======

1. Extract the files to a temporary location.

2. Examine the folder structure and make corrections where necessary.

3. Copy files and replace in the(install folder)\Oblivion\Data\

4. you must use the MAO data sources "only" extract the omod with 

   Oblivion Mod Manager in a directory cut and paste all "but not copy the .esp" into oblivion data folder 

5. copy the ani2 folder from: Data\meshes\characters\_male\idleanims\ani2 to:

   Data\meshes\Mayu's Projects[M]\Animation Overhaul\Vanilla\IdleAnims

   

 

6. Start Oblivion Mod Manager, adjust the load order (check the screenshoots folder) and place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s).

 

Uninstall

=========

1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s).

2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod.

 

Upgrade

=======

1. Uninstall the old mod.

2. Install the new mod.

3. Start oblivion and play. There is no effect on saved games and cannot corrupt any saves.

Permissions Legal usage

This new mod´s fixes: 

Lovers with PK.esm, LoversIdleAnimsPriority.esp, LoversMayu'sAnimationOverhaul.esp

 

is NOT to be used merged in ANY mod compilation without WRITTEN PERMISSION.

Also, this mod´s is not to be updated,patched, or otherwise modified, except 

for personal, private use, by anyone other than myself (Elgado2k.) 

If I am absent from the Oblivion modding community, and this mod fixes, or any of

my other mods are determined to be 'abandoned'

it is my wish that they remain 'abandoned' and that no other modder, 

except ones specified in this ReadMe, are allowed to create

'patches' or 'updates' or 'add-ons' (or any other types of modifications) 

to any of my mods, whether 'official' or 'unofficial.' 

If the ReadMe of the particular mod I created does not mention this notice,

it is to be assumed that, unless written otherwise,

that mod CAN NOT be modified by anyone else aside from me (Elgado2k) 

or someone who I have asked to continue my work,

no matter how long the mod has been deemed 'abandoned.'

 

please I know that is a little exagerated but I working very hard with this mods

night and day for share it with all the community.

Is the LoversIdleAnimsPriority.esp compatible with Creatures2 ? Have you create in the esp one extra Animation for all creatues so People can add LoversMotionsNT ? And could the exrta Animation enabled in an INI (like in Creatures2) ? Will you add more animations in the next month when gregathit starts to expand the creatures animations ?

And most important are the animations in this mod BBB ? The original seems to be no BBB and no breathing while Idle.  :(

 

Edit: ups I does not noticed the Nexus upload, Yes you will be banned ! A Lovers Mod and mentioned the evil website LoversLab.

It is a terrible idea to upload any mod that has to do with Lovers to the Nexus. I suggest you take it off immediately, before your account gets banned.

The moderators there are not friendly, nor forgiving.

What is this? The video and screenshots included look like a joke.

 

 

That and the load order for the esp files is terrible.  It is a sure fire way to have lovers not function right at all.

 

As Fejeena mentioned I think they modified the version 3 LoversIdleAnimsPriority.esp which will immediately be overwritten by Lovers Creatures 2.0 and thus breaking the plugin.

 

I think the concept is good, but there are few details to fix up.

What's with the militant permissions.... Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't think Elgado2k created either of the mods he has modified, and yet he wants to stop anyone, at all costs, from modifying his modification. They are both free mods, seems strange to me.

 

I can understand not wanting a bazillion people to start making edits and causing a nightmare for people who actually know what they are doing, but what happens if someone does modify it without permission, does someone get sued? 

Charge for your mods and see how many people download them, and how the original creators feel about it.  ;)

Yeah, as gregathit has already pointed out there's already flaws to be fixed, to make it compatible with current related work.

 

And I'll add this approach in itself is also flawed and has little to no chance of going anywhere, especially for something that is already being worked on elsewhere.

 

In the little time I've been a member here on LL and also on Hongfire, those thinking that they can make a living or produce income around Oblivion Modding, soon disappear, as quickly as they appear. I give this 'MOD' a life expectancy of < a year, if that.

 

Just as there is a difference between an engineer and a mechanic, an artist and an artisan, there are also differences between MOD authors that create a MOD from scratch, and those that chose to stitch other MOD authors work together (fixed or not), claiming it to be a new MOD all together, and imposing new permissions on it and it's content, which by the way already has permissions set by the original MOD authors. Very risky business the later, as any of those MOD author's could retract permissions any time they feel like it.

 

I too don't agree with the mindset of taking MODs that are 'free and for the community', and then trying to either turn it into a pay-for-effort approach, and/or something with new restricted permissions. But hey that's just me :P

 

Been tried before, failed (IMO) miserably.
