Lag when walking and loading

Bethesda games seem so be really bad. You can mod but at least with my configuration i am getting really bad lag.

 

1) loading screen. Here i have lag where the animation is rotating probably with 2fps at times.

2) when walking or running, lag comes hard. Like it's stuttering around 2 fps as well.

 

It will get better but its like a very bad C-movie.

 

Now i know that you should use VSync and cap the fps at 60 frames. So i did that but it didn't really solve my problem.


Ok, now you will ask what computer do i have?

 

Processor    AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor                 3.60 GHz
Installed RAM    32,0 GB
MSI RTX3060


I would think that should be a good enough system to have a smooth experience. Not so much.

 

Borderland 3 runs super in contrast. Of course, there aren't any mods.


So i opted to run not Bethseda HD addon but an overhaul from Nexus. Looks great.

 

Here is what i have installed.

 

Btw. men look very muscular. Even when run with thin.

 

Well, if somebody has an idea it is appreciated.

AAF runs super. No problem there.

Disable all mods and test, if it helps then enable some of mods and test untill you find problem
