I want to how to control household members to be a prostitutes. How can we use sim's phone to control them?

I have marked in pic with red box.. can some one explain me how to do it?

To make one of your played Sims a prostitute, click on the phone in the bottom left area and look for the Tam Explorer menu (or whatever it is called, the one with the two hearts). There you can register them as a rose or whatever (depending on gender and age, the euphemism for "prostitute" is different).

If you want to register a Sim for prostitution without using the phone, you can bring up the command console (Ctrl+Shift+C) and type in nisa.slutify <first name> <last name>.

You will then get a new Perversions interaction category along with all the others that you can pick from and the "Ho Control" will be found there. The description in your screenshot seems to be a bit outdated in that regard.

Strip clubs have also been part of the public WW versions for quite some time by now, so unless you want to run a nightclub manually rather than a partially "automated" WW strip club (or if you need to receive an entrance fee from every Sim that comes to the club), you might as well do it the WW way. Strip club employees can also be registered as prostitutes, with the club owner receiving a share of their earnings. This works both for Sims that you actively play and also for unplayed employees.
