Patmosphere Posted September 8, 2022 Posted September 8, 2022 Hi I installed AAF and RenameAnything and as I've read into the description during installation AAF is able to adapt the menu listing of the actors according to those who have been renamed with a custom name. I tried reinstalling it multiple times unchecking and checking the box which said so but still nothing. The actors are listed with their original spawn names no matter what. Is there a fix to this? Thanks

Thanks well you didn't mention if you used the NPCs in a scene(sex scene), did you? otherwise you need to activate them in the AAF menu.
Sgt. Marge Posted September 9, 2022 Posted September 9, 2022 I just did a test using setname "Waldo" on a minuteman, and then set up an Atomic Embrace scene with him via AAF wizard, it worked fine. His name was listed as Waldo in the UI, and he's still called Waldo after the scene. Not sure what issue you are having?

Yes I do use them (sorry I didn't state it). Basically the menu sets the name to an originally scripted one. For example I installed a mod that adds more settlers and each settler is named "Settler X Normal" no matter how I change their names through console. On 9/9/2022 at 2:04 AM, Sgt. It always set back to the original name no matter what. Might there be a mod that conflicts with the renaming one?
