Character Mutation

Hello all, just wondering if there are mods that mutates your characters in scale with the radiation levels. Mutate as in the changes of characters physical appearance (from growing another arm or something lol; to something simpler would be change the character's smooth skin to ghoul's like)

So far I havnt come across anything like that, maybe someone awesome would like to take up this challenge?
