fallout 4 Feral Ghoul Naruto Bullet Dodging

Hello Hope u all doing good,

 

 

I want to ask/request if anyone can make a mod that disable the feral ghouls Dodging/Evading bullets its driving me crazy they spam it a lot and its kinda broken with how fast they run, im playing Frost and that move specially making it really bad, so please if u can make it or know a mod that disable it i would really appreciate it.

I know that Zombie Walkers does that but its a large mod to use just to disable the Dodge move, i dont mind the running or how they fly few KMs to hit u its just that ninja bullet dodging move.
