FNIS Generator warning, everyone is frozen is Skyrim

Hi, I'm currently trying to get the SexIs mod to work on Skyrim, I have downloaded SKSE and FNIS, however when I try to run the Cupid thing and the other SexIs mods all the character models (including my own) are frozen in place, like I can run around and attack things but I cant see my arms on first person view and on 3rd person im just gliding around.I think it's something to do with the FNIS user generator because when I click Update behavior it says: >>Warning: Bad installation. Generator not run from a Skyrim installation directory.<<

Thing is its in the right place (at least I think it is): C:/Users/Documents/MyGames/Skyrim/Data/Tools/GenerateFNIS_for_users

If anyone could explain why this is happening or how to get the mod to work that would be great, thanks.
