I don't see any missing esps or esms. That would mean you either have a broken script engine. This you can solve by restarting Fallout NV and going back to save prior to the moment the animations stopped working or you have incorrect NVSE and/or extenders. Usual goto for me with these errors is to check NVSE Extender (NX). It has to be version 19, which can be downloaded from the last thread page, rather than the version 18 on the download page.

Im using the most recent version of NVSE, which is 6.2.7, should I use a different version specifically for the mod?
