CBBE clothing physics

Hey, so I have reinstalled all my mods to have a fresh start with my modding. I have installed CBBE, HDT-SMP, CBCE and 3BBB. My problem is that while i can get the body physics to work while nude, it seems like something is wrong with the physics for clothes. I have used bodyslide to build all the clothing with physics... but it still doesnt work. Do i have to use the cbce physics instead of smp for the physics to work? I'm asking cause before i was able to simply swap between cbpc and smp with the hotkey even while clothed. The hotkey still works while nude. Am i missing something that i have forgotten?

You may or not be aware. I'm erring on the side that you aren't

 

(rhetorically speaking) Which clothing? Not all clothing/armor has physics. And when it doesn't you're SOL, unless you have the skills to add it.

 

As for CBBE (the original) clothing/armor, make sure to build the armor using a CBBE (the original) preset. A CBBE-3BBB preset will not work correctly for CBBE (the original) clothing armor. Similarly, A CBBE-3BBB outfit should be fitted to a CBBE-3BBB preset.

 

For proper handling, presets must be chosen to match the item (or nude/never nude body) >>  CBBE >>> CBBE preset, CBBE-3BBB >> CBBE-3BBB preset, BHUNP v1 >>> BHUNP v1 preset, etc

 

AFAIK, CBPC/SMP hotkey works on the body, not the clothes. (could be wrong), and afaik the clothing (and wigs) works from HDT-SMP (or FHDT... blah blah blah)

Okey, im a dum dum. Of course i forgot that i downgraded my game to before anniversary edition, and of course i didnt peak the right version while installing cbpc physics... Anyway, the problem solved. I hade to pick older version of skse/skyrim while installing cbpc

Yeah, i get that. Thats why i was confused. I played around with bodyslide and physics a lot before. Turns out it was my own stupidity. Anyway, sorry and thanks for quick response.
