SexLab Framework interfacing with MCM for config settings

I recently downloaded SexLab Framework and Sexy Adventures in Skyrim playing about 10 to 12 hours interacting with vanilla NPC's, Standalone modded NPC's, and many of the NPC's from the Excellent Interesting NPC's Mod.

 

So far, I've been really impressed with how much better the animations work compared to ASX or AP alone.

I was amazed the level of customization available through the Frameworks set up menu in MCM. 

 

The only problem I'm having is that my choices made in the configuration menu are not saving. I've spent a considerable amount of time attempting to resolve this through searching the forums, mod documentation, and running the maintenance function through the SLF/MCM menu. I've tried everything but a complete game/mod reinstall. 

 

I'm hoping someone here can help me find an "easy button" cuz I really don't want to reinstall, but the mod is good enough, I would do so if I had to.

are they getting wiped as soon as you close the menu or start a new game? the latter's normal.

In addition to what canthis said, what settings are you changing, and are you running the latest version of SkyUI (4.1)
