I can not even get the game to start if someone can help thank you and I have used creation kit, loot, and sseedit to fix as much as I can.

First 2 are easy to spot as every(?) mod manager will tell you if something is missing or if a dll fails to load. Having a BSA from a LE mod is less noticeable, but still you need to purposely get a LE mod on SE and avoid all known procedures to port it (optimize textures/meshes, unpack BSAs, etc.). So check if your mod manager is giving you any warning or error messages after trying to launch the game, verify you're in fact launching the game properly (using the SKSE executable) and backtrack your steps if you've done some recent mod changes prior to your setup crashing (identifying when the crashes started and what was done at the time is like step 1 when you're troubleshooting).

What have you done? And are you ready to undo it? Because if you've been changing things with CK or xEdit and your issue persists, these changes aren't part of the solution and will likely form part of future problems.

If you use CBBE 3BA, what is this for?

 

If what you put is the Load order, optimize it with LOOT

Use XEdit to clean the Masters

by use sseedit I only used the auto clean function and loot to discover what needed to be cleaned.

Highly recommend using a mod manager if you're not using one. Easy to spot missing masters that way.

 

A few days ago i tried footprints and it wouldn't run on my end, so try disabling that to see if it's the same for you.

 

You have 2 dodge mods perhaps they conflict ?

 

Double check you have installed correct mods non-AE vs AE

 

Other than that it's going to be a lot of work for you to disable latest added mods until the game run.

 

I always have a text file where i comment everything i add or remove in order for me to track down potential problems within the game.
