New to modding, what are the steps I can take to get my game to look like this?

This level seems like it'd take a lot of work, but anything even remotely in the same ballpark would be cool! I just don't know where to start.

for HUD : Customizable HUD and all requirements

Immersive interaction animations and all requirements

Immersive interactions - is Extremely BUGGED nasty  mod which will break your saves. Developer dont care about many users complaining. Just avoid this for own good.

 

What it breaks - mod change time scale and NOT reverting it back (poor coding skills maybe), so you will get save with broken time.

Also it breaks aiming, and other animations (developer doesnt care about compatibility).
