Witcher 3 mods?

Was wondering how come there isnt many mods for Witcher 3 on loverslab? i can find some on nexus, but come here for more of the mods i want, a little upset there isnt many, only if someone posts a mod randomly after using the searchbar..

1. CDPR does not know how to keep promises, namely actually having a dev kit

2. You'll find most of the mods outside of the sims screech powered recolors and DAZ... "borrowing" on LL  to be either thematic or mechanical or both; gander over to the nexus and virtually every mod is either asset or stat based and nothing else, and no switching animations around does not a mechanical mod make, because there's no actual dev kit.

3. If you expect any kind of framework or mechanical actuation mod, welp those require a dev kit. Which is not available, because CDPR does not understand how to keep promises.

Because there aren't any modding tools for Witcher 3 worth a shit.
