fallout 4 Black Screen On New Game? workaround Maybe?

Ok here is the problem

I start new game but I always get a black screen after the loading where the character creation start, the menu work when I click Esc and can open the Console but it stays black screen cant do anything tried spamming T, E, Enter, waited for few mins nothing happens still stuck black screen, I tried disabling all the mods same issue (could be a mod I installed manually not sure) downloading save file worked but from what I understand is not like starting new one.

 

Ok here is the Workaround?

I noticed the menu work when I click Esc and the Console open fine as well, which made me think the game is working but the black screen won't move like the trigger that makes it fade is not functioning I typed Player.kill and  it worked! the black screen was removed! but well I was ded, so I tried a different command Player.moveto AA764 (this is codsworth pre war) and it worked!!! also I don't really know why

 

TL;DR:

open the console and type when at black screen  Player.moveto AA764

The black screen loading issue after the intro can happen due to a dialogue box opening up before the bathroom scene can start.  Try pressing E if you are at a black screen in the beginning.  The solution if that gets you past it is to systematically disable mods and test until it stops happening and the last mod you disabled is probably the culprit.  Enable it again and see if you get the same behavior to confirm.
