Anyone found any rape mods specific to New Vegas?

Since I know they don't like rape over on the Nexus and since my transition to New Vegas, I basically am starting on a clean slate.

 

Has anyone found any rape mods?

Think there's only the NV version from sexus... which from what I seen is a hell of a lot buggier than the FO3 version.... but I don't remember where I got it.

I volunteered to improve the dialog in an extremely well-coded but terribly written mod for NV called Workgirl Tryout.  While there's no rape as it's against Nexus rules, there are men coercing you if you play a female, and the Legion will want to, to quote Siri when her dialog activates this mod, "try you out."  They'll also bang Cass or Veronica if they're with you.  As a matter of fact, the entire mod is setup to work if you have both with you if you use a mod that lets you use multiple companions.

 

Other features include whoring yourself and girl companions in Gomorrah and the Atomic Wrangler, and the Kings, Boomers, Powder Gangers and Kahns will occasionally want a piece of you.

 

Dialog is by me, the programming is by orangey and ustesting.  I made the Legion dialog as oppressive and misogynistic as I could.  There are still some bugs and places where things could go smoother; I only did the writing and know fuck all when it comes to scripting.  If there's bugs, please tell me, but if its anything but a typo I won't be able to fix it.

Ahh interesting. I must have missed that mod as I exhausted all the prostitute, sex, rape, etc. keywords in Nexus' search box . I'll give that mod a try.

 

Heh and that's clever that even though they're forcing characters to engage in sex, it's still technically consent, since you can opt to refuse and fight them. That's Nexus-proof.

I installed this and it worked well, endorsed it and such. Question though, when I'm whoring my character out at the casino, I noticed only males come and have sex with her. Is it not set up to allow the female customers to have sex with the whore in question?

Unfortunately it's not, even though all the animations are there and the code supports it.  I gather the guy who programmed the very first version was a little homophobic.  If it was simply a matter of adding the AI package to female gamblers I would, but that's not the case - the code checks to make sure the gambler is male and the character they approach is female, and I'm afraid I'd foul something up if I try to change it.

He is probably using like PCISex==male if you add || this mean or PCISex ==Female you can have it to check between male and female. This way it will play for both.

 

I haven't played new vegas in while but i could take a look at it. Since i have this mod also installed when i was playing new vegas

Another issue with this mod is something I really can't bear thinking about.  ustesting took up the reigns after orangey dropped it, and I don't know what country she's from other than it's not America.  Since the earthquake and tsunami hit Japan, she hasn't replied to any of my messages.  Hopefully it's just a coincidence.

 

I know the plans for the future of it were to add some kind of functionality to Vault 3, also maybe random fiends, and increase the frequency with which powder gangers approach the player.  Another addition a lot of people requested was a way to turn the Legion functionality off; my idea was to give a dialog bit to Caesar, and if you had an "accepted" reputation or above he'd have the legionnaires stop coming after you.  Then you'd simply talk to Siri again to turn it back on.  I also had ideas like adding more than three tokens and coding in support for the most popular mod companions like Melissa Lewis, but I felt I'd be overstepping my bounds by either hauling off and doing it, or asking people I'm not familiar with if I could figuratively rape their work.

 

Of course, if ustesting isn't okay, this is a pipe dream.

@donkey If you do edit it to allow women, I'd use it. (It sounds like you both suspect it's a simple change.)

On a separate note, Sexual Innuendo seems pretty friendly towards implementing into other mods. I particularly like the leveling up system feature. It makes having it in multiples mods kind of cool, since all the experience is overall a culmination of your character's experience. I wonder if using SI resources within a rape mod would be possible. Only thing I know would be a challenge is that SI doesn't have any animations really set up for that (Although you could likely relate some of the positions to it if you wanted.).

Seems to me most of the positions in xLovers are used for both rape and consensual sex - it's about context.  The great thing about SI is the animations and the base is already there, people just have to program plugins.  Also an oft-overlooked part of SI is it animates all the sex scenes in the vanilla game.

Yea, as far as I know, there's no fix. I had the same issue. Damn shame. Oblivion is just light-years ahead of FO:NV that it disgusts me. What, are we living in the year 2006? Get with the program NV modders. I think it's because everyone threw their hands up in the air after having modded FO3 for so long, that when they learned mods don't transfer over, many of the modders got up and left.

Thats bad. IMO adult content fits a lot better in NV than Oblivion or even FO3. NV without mods has a lot sex in it already. Ever been in Gomorrah? Also female character with Black Widow perk can complete few quests more easily - by sleeping with men. There are even mentionts about rape - female NCR ranger that needs treatment after being raped by raiders, female soldier body inside raided station stripped for obvious reasons and of course there is Cesars Legion. And so far we have only few adult mods - buggy and unfinished sexus, unfinished AP with terrible interaction and pretty good workgirl_tryout, but it's using sexual innuendo with terrible animations.

Yeah they need more attention....but on a side note, your being a bit harsh on both sets of those anims. Anims are hard to make, not to mention I get the feeling your comparing it to what we have in oblivion which has had so many years of hard work. If those guys had the time and more support that lovers had, they would flourish and the anims would likely be better.

I have no problem with rape mods, but . . .

 

I would want everyone to know that in real life, having sex with someone who has been threatened with violence, drugged, or is drunk is considered rape.

 

Although I wouldn't ask Nexus to remove it because I don't care and I thought the mod was ok. However, Workgirl Tryout has lots of rape.

 

Threatening to shoot a girl in the head if she won't have sex with you is considered rape.

 

As for no girl/girl action for prostitutes, ask any real life female prostitute how many female clients (not counting couples) they get. I'd be suprised if it is any number greater than 0. Walk into any strip club and count the number of women paying for lap dances. Did you get past 0?

 

There is a difference between realism and homophobia. I doubt the writer of workgirl tryout has any fear or hatred of homosexuals. He probably just didn't want to script it that way. Insinuating that the writer of this mod was homophobic is simply unfair and doesn't show the proper gratitude for the time it took to write the mod.

 

GECK is easier to use (at least for me) than the Oblivion construction set so you could easily edit the files to enable homosexual encounters by changing the condition modifiers.

Workgirl tryout and sexual innuendo basically do everything that one can do with sex in FNV imo. Unlike Oblivion, you very rarely get close to your enemy. Killing enemies from long distances. So things like Johburg and Rapers make little sense. What hasn't been added is the possibility of your character being a rapist. However, it would have to be posted on this forum because Nexus wouldn't allow it.

 

I like the animations to Sexual Innuendo. There aren't any unrealistic and stupid poses like many, many of the lover's pk ones. They my be simpler, but I like them.

 

However, unless you rewrite the script to workgirl tryout, you will only be able to see two of the 10 or more animations. I had to rewrite the scripts myself to get worgirl tryout to show all of the animations like it is suppose to.

 

If anyone is interested, I'll upload my esp fix to show all of the animations for workgirl tryout.

Actually it does happen, especially in places like Japan.

More importantly for the context of the game, it's happened multiple times in every Fallout since Fallout 2.

Absolutely it is. But everywhere in the mod the player still has the option to say "no," though there are repercussions for saying no. That's what makes it count as "not rape" for Nexus rules.

In the Animated Prostitution mod by that Jake or what ever his name is, there is actually a rape feature, but it's not enabled. That's what he emailed me. Sadly couldn't get more out of him than that, and since I don't script, I didn't use it.
