Boceifus Posted December 26, 2021 Posted December 26, 2021 From the conversion specialist that brought you the Fusion Girl conversion of the original Fortaleza armor mod created by Ralfetas... The Fusion Girl conversion of Fortaleza 2 created by Ralfetas. I have been working on this and the time is near... I have completed the conversion but still got a bit of testing and tweaking to do... and I think I have found my new favorite Fortaleza armor... This is the MK2 Heavy Set... I am shooting for by the end of this next week, possibly sooner but no promises...
Cornoholio Posted February 3, 2022 Posted February 3, 2022 Very nice, looking forward to that. Say, do you know of anything that gets Fortaleza to actually replace the in-game combat armor? Incl. Levelled Lists?

Sorry for the late replay, and no its is not made to be a replacer, that would have to be something Ralfeta would have to do.

Hm. I'm new to this, are replacements like the imagined fixed to the texture sets then? I asked in the Fortaleza-Development thread over here. Replacing the ugly vanilla combat armors with this entirely would be great, there's not much around that works with FG.

Replacer just means the creator made the mod to overwrite the original vanilla outfit from top to bottom. If you build the outfit in bodyslide if it is made as a replacer every NPC that is wearing that ouftit or pieces of it will be wearing it.

But when I install a replacing armor set, one made for CBBE, and then an FG bodyslide over it it will still be repaced, no? Hm, Fortaleza would be especially hard for that I'd imagine since 7 sets to be distributed randomly and yet consistently: one person wearing all parts of set 1, the next all of set 4 and so on. Damn, one day I need to overcome my laziness and work my way through that (damn stupid and overcomplicated) creation club software. If only there was something to re-pack your files to a .ba2 archive, the opposite of the .ba2-extractor. Imagone: download a Tattoo mod with lots of overlay options, unpack, fill in your own image files and then re-pack. I used to do that with slavetats sets in TESV, since it requires no .ba2 data, played around and doctored images a lot. Really, I think I just lack the patience for the CCkit... that whole Bethesda-account-idiocy, then install that bloated mess of a software, then endlessly figure out how to get it to do the one simple thing I want it to do - then discovering it actually cannot do just that repacking and will not allow me to safe anything in my own locations but insists on the game folder...Arrrgh. I tried twice, and ragequit both. Whoever made that thing is a bloody software-sadist.
