So here's a mod that adds in civilian ships with... holographic billboards. I don't think I need to elaborate any further on what can be done to those billboards. Just a simple little lewd idea.

With a quick few texture changes, you can get these as a result :

The billboards will actually alternate between each texture randomly, I haven't really check the base code but I assume there's a way to increase the total number of available billboard textures.

I actually have someone working on it on my multiplayer stellaris rp server lol, but they're gonna prolly be awhile x.x
