The script file isn't showing up, because you buried it too deep within sub-folders. That little detail is easily missed, when you just unzip stuff into your Mods folder (which is exactly why I stopped doing that).

Your file path is "...Mods/WhickedWhims v165i.../WickedWhimsMod" - that's more than one level of subfolders, so the game doesn't read/load the script.

I suggest moving the "WickedWhimsMod" folder into Mods directly, so the file path will look like ".../Mods/WickedWhimsMod". Then delete the folder with the very long name (too lazy to type all this "version number and date") along with any other files that might be in there (like the installation instructions video). In the future, just replace the mod files directly by copying them from the downloaded .zip file.

And as always: Remember to delete "localthumbcache.package", found in "Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4", whenever you make changes to your Mods folder.
